Recharge Health Bar is a wellness-led food and drink outlet at Cashel Palace, located in the courtyard at the front of the hotel with its own public access for walk-up guests.
Serving freshly made smoothies, açai bowls, protein balls, matcha and exceptional coffee, Recharge is designed for hotel guests, spa visitors, wellness class attendees, local residents and visitors to Cashel seeking something nourishing, fresh and feel-good.
Open Monday to Sunday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, it is ideal before or after a spa treatment, following a class, during a garden walk, on the way through town or as a healthy stop while visiting Cashel Palace.
Smoothies
Recharge serves freshly made smoothies designed for energy, glow and feel-good nourishment. Choose from favourites including Green Machine, Recharge with Protein, Mango Magic, Strawberry Glow with Collagen Protein and Very Berry, with smaller children’s smoothies also available.
Bowls
For something more substantial, Recharge offers nourishing bowls including açai bowl, overnight oats, granola yoghurt pot, tabbouleh salad bowl and beetroot hummus salad bowl. Selected bowls can be adapted with toppings or chicken, subject to the current menu.
Matcha, Coffee & Iced Drinks
Recharge serves hot drinks and iced coffees throughout the day, with alternative milks available. Options include Americano, flat white, cappuccino, latte, chai latte, matcha latte, iced coffee and hot chocolate.

Protein Balls & Snacks
