Wellness Concierge

As Wellness Concierge at Cashel Palace, Laura helps guests shape a more personal approach to rest, movement and restoration during their stay. Her role brings together two worlds: the detail and care of luxury hospitality, and a holistic understanding of wellness.

Laura studied Hospitality Management at Munster Technological University before completing her final placement at The Vancouver Club, a private members’ club in Canada. She later spent three years at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel, where she developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful service, guest experience and attention to detail.

Her own wellness journey led her to Bali, where she deepened her yoga practice, completed her yoga teacher training and achieved Reiki Level One certification. At Cashel Palace, Laura brings this experience together in a calm, intuitive and considered way, helping guests add movement, stillness, reflection or deep rest to their time at the hotel.

Yoga Nidra

A deeply restorative guided meditation, often called yogic sleep, designed to bring the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. Ideal for rest, stress reduction and nervous system balance.
